Will I have the ability to create matching uniform kits products that utilize products from Pacific Headwear and Augusta Sportswear Brands together?

Yes, absolutely. In the short term, please contact our customer service department who will coordinate this order for you. Longer term, our objective is to provide you with the ability to create this order on an integrated website.

How do I open a new account?

Our new account process will continue to be setup and maintained separately. When contacting to request a new account, please provide any existing account numbers you have from either Augusta Sportswear Brands or Pacific Headwear.

Who is my sales representative now?

For now, please continue to work with your current Pacific Headwear sales representative for Pacific Headwear branded items and your current Augusta Sportswear Brands sales representative for Augusta Sportswear, Holloway, Russell Athletic, and High Five branded items.

How do I place an order?

Please continue to place orders as you always have. You will need an active account for Pacific Headwear and Augusta Sportswear Brands.

How do I log in to the dealer website?

You will need an active account and you will continue to log in to each dealer website separately using your existing credentials.

Where will my shipments come from?

For now, we will maintain separate distribution centers for both companies.


Pacific Headwear products will continue to ship from their facilities in Oregon and Virginia.


Augusta Sportswear Brands will continue to ship from their facilities in Georgia and Ohio.

Will there be a delay in my shipments?

No, both companies will continue to ship as normal. Please visit our dealer website for more information on product lead times and cut-off times for this service.

How do I pay my invoice?

All payments should be remitted to the address that appears on the invoice or statement you received.

Is free shipping now available on Pacific Headwear?

At this time, no. However, we are currently evaluating the potential to offer free freight in the future.

Can I combine my orders for free shipping and order discounts?

Unfortunately, at this time, no. However, we are currently evaluating the potential to offer these benefits in the future.

How do I request a return authorization?

All returns require a return authorization. You will continue to request return authorizations directly from each company adhering to their current return policy.

How do I request a sample?

After you set up a new account or with your current account you can request a sample, please contact each company separately as you have done in the past.


For Pacific Headwear virtual samples send your request, including your choice of headwear and artwork to art@pacificheadwear.com (virtual samples can take 48-72 hours to receive back)
