Integration Update

Order History: It is taking longer than we expected to transfer order history into the Augusta Sportswear Brands system. However, progress has accelerated and we expect this transition to be completed and running smoothly by July 31, 2020. You will be notified, via email, when your account history is fully restored and visible on our site

Art History: Art history will be fully restored by July 31, 2020. While the look and the feel of this new system will be different than before, art will still be accessible for you to search and reference. In the coming weeks, we will send you an email with detailed instructions and tutorial videos that show you how to easily access this information and utilize this feature

Shipping Lead Times: Beginning on July 23, 2020, you won’t have to worry about which Pacific Headwear warehouse your orders ships from. We will automatically upgrade your order to the ground shipping lead time that you currently receive from the closest Pacific warehouse to you. For example, if you typically receive your Pacific Headwear product in 2 days from the closest warehouse, you will automatically be upgraded to 2 day shipping on all Pacific Headwear orders, no matter what warehouse it ships from. In addition, we are hard at work creating expanded functionality that will allow you to select your desired delivery dates for each order. This functionality will be available later in the fall.


Can I use my Pacific Headwear account login?

To create a smooth ordering experience, you need an Augusta Sportswear Brands account. Your Pacific Headwear account login will not work.

If you have received a new login from customer service, please try logging in at the top to verify your account works.

How do I open a new account?

If you had an account with both Augusta Sportswear and Pacific Headwear, your account number going forward will be your Augusta account number.

If you did not have an account with Pacific Headwear, but had one with Augusta Sportswear, you can now use your Augusta account number to order Pacific Headwear items.
