Augusta Sportswear Sample Policy

Augusta Sportswear is pleased to offer two sample programs that will enhance the product selection process for your customers. Customers will be able to see our products and ensure the order meets their needs. As your proud business partner, we want to make it easier for you to make the sale.

All sample orders are limited to one piece per style, color, and size. Please call our customer care center at 800-237-6695 or fill out our sample request form to place sample orders or for further assistance. We are happy to help!

Return/Refund Policy

We will gladly replace merchandise or provide a refund if the order has shortages, damages or for items no longer needed.

  • Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 60 days from date of shipment and returned in the original packaging.
  • Closeout merchandise may not be returned; all sales final.
  • Decorated products may not be returned including third party shipments.
  • All returns require a Factory Return Authorization. Call our Customer Care Department at 800-237-6695 for Return Authorization.
  • Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% or $10 minimum restocking charge.
  • Restock fee will be waived if a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time the Return Authorization is issued.

Prices

Price brackets reflect total quantity ordered. Quantities of different styles will be totaled for best price break. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Augusta, Georgia. United Parcel Service shipping charges include insurance plus a handling fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimums

There are no minimum order requirements.

Terms

Our normal terms are net 30 days with prior credit approval. A credit application form is available upon request. We also accept MasterCard® , Visa®, American Express® or Discover®. There is no surcharge or extra processing fee for credit card payment at the time of purchase. All other accounts will be shipped C.O.D., certified check or money order. In order to obtain company check privileges, a complete credit review must be completed. All returned checks will be charged a $30.00 fee. Augusta Sportswear® requires a re-sale certificate or state tax identification certificate prior to opening an account or receiving a catalog.

Online Bill Pay-Now Available!

Customers with net terms can now view and pay open invoices online. You can also print your invoices. Enroll today by visiting our website or go directly to http://augustasportswear.billtrust.com.

C.O.D. customers may also pre-pay existing orders to avoid C.O.D. charges. Pre-pay is not available for online orders. You must call your order in. You will need your confirmed total and order number from your customer care representative before prepaying an order with Online Bill Pay. Accounts with company check privileges can ship same day. Those accounts with orders that have not been approved for company check privileges will not be scheduled to ship the same day. Unclaimed C.O.D. Shipments

Any refused C.O.D. shipment is subject to freight charges and a 20% or $25.00 minimum re-handling charge. These charges will be added to the next order and may be subject to pre-payment prior to shipping.

Decorating

All embellishment is for photography and catalog purposes only. All styles are sold blank with no decorations applied. Augusta Sportswear® does not offer decorating services.

Dyeing

Because of the variability of the dyeing process, we cannot guarantee perfect continuity of shade across all styles or from one order to the next. Jackets and pants are cut and offered for sale as separates, not as sets.

Dye Migration

Augusta Sportswear® cannot be held responsible for ink migration on polyester styles that can be attributed to poor ink quality or processing at temperatures exceeding those recommended by the ink manufacturer.
