Multi User Sign In

  • Allows for more than one user per account.
  • Original email and user is by default the Administrator.
  • Only the Administrator can add additional users/edit users once added.
  • 3 Levels of user roles
    • Administrator
    • Buyer
    • Sales Reps

Multi Sign In Functions by Role

All users granted a role are able to do all functions listed under each role checked. For example, SALES REP role can do all 3:

  1. Search for Product
  2. View Inventory/Pricing
  3. Save/Retrieve CP Flyers
  Sales Rep Buyer Administrator
Search for Products
View Inventory and Pricing
Save/Retrieve Flyers
View Order History  
Add Items to the Cart  
Complete Checkout  
Save Credit Cards for Future Use

Step-by-step Instructions

Step 1 - Create, Edit or View Users

On the "My Account" page, under ORGANIZATION USERS, click on VIEW/EDIT USERS

Step 2 - Create New User

After clicking on VIEW/EDIT USER on previous screen, click on “CREATE NEW USER” button to get started. On the "My Account" page, under ORGANIZATION USERS, click on VIEW/EDIT USERS

Step 3 - Register New User

Enter in required information

  • Log on ID: No Special requirements; THIS IS CASE SENSITIVE.
  • Password: Minimum of 6 #’s and/or characters
  • Email address: Must be a valid email; invalid emails will be accepted so double check that the email is valid.
  • First and last name are required fields.
  • You may choose to grant buying permission or to not grant buying permissions. Granting Buying Permission makes them a Buyer. Not granting makes them a Sales Rep.
  • Please review Multiple Sign In Role Examples on page 2.
  • Click on CREATE USER and user will be added to the account.

EDITING EXISTING USERS - Enable/Disable

To remove access to the site, select the Disable option.

PLEASE NOTE: User will still appear on the list but classified as “DISABLED.”

Shows Access Level and Status

  • Users can be edited at any time.
  • Just select EDIT and make the appropriate changes.
  • At this time, Sales Reps are listed as Registered Customer.
