How do I set up an Augusta Sportswear account?
Setting up a new customer account with Augusta Sportswear is easy!  Click here and you will be directed to a new page to complete the “New Customer Request” form.  Along with the request form, you will be asked to submit your Certificate of Business and state-appropriate tax forms.

How do I return product(s) to Augusta Sportswear?
We will gladly replace merchandise or provide a refund if your order has shortages or damages or if the items are no longer needed.  You can complete a return request form here.
How can I order products from Augusta Sportswear?  Do you offer online ordering?

Yes, we offer online ordering  24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  When you sign up for an Augusta Sportswear account, you will be given an account number.  To place an online order, simply log in to our website at www.augustasportswear.com, using your account number as your username.  If it’s your first time logging in, your password will be the 10-digit phone number linked to your account.  Once you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Search for the items you’d like to order and add them to your shopping cart.  Once you’ve added each item, click the “Checkout” link in the top right corner, where your shopping cart icon is, and complete the checkout process.

You can also place an order over the phone with our Customer Care Center.  To do so, call 800-237-6695 any time between 8am – 7pm EST, Monday – Friday.  You can also email your order to sales@augustasportswear.com.

Do you offer samples or have a sample program?

Yes, we have a sample program.  We want to help make it easy for you to do business with your customers, so we offer you discounts for two different types of samples. 

For your showroom, we offer you 50% off our 1-143 price. Showroom samples ship the next business day and are steamed, pressed, and individually bagged with identification tags. Showroom samples may not be returned.

For your customer preview samples, we offer you 15% off our 1 – 143 price. Customer preview samples provide the opportunity to show products to your customer during the product selection process. Any pieces you do not need or that are not used to fulfill the order may be returned if done so within our return policy guidelines.

All sample orders are limited to one piece per style, color, and size. Please call our Customer Care Center at 800-237-6695 to place sample orders or for further assistance. We are happy to help!

Does Augusta Sportswear offer lines of credit?  What is the process to be approved?
Yes, Augusta Sportswear extends lines of credit to our customers.  To get started, you will need to complete a Credit Application and return it to our Credit Department.  It may take up to 30 days before credit is approved or denied. Our Credit Application is available here.
Does Augusta Sportswear offer online bill pay?  How do you get signed up for that?
Yes, Augusta Sportswear offers online bill pay to customers with net terms.  There are several ways to sign up- you can call our Credit Department at 800-237-6695 ext:6416, or you can email them at credit@augustasportswear.com.  You can also be set up online.  In order to do so, you will need to have an open invoice to begin the process.

We want to help you sell our styles in any way that we can, and we understand that you’re busy.  So, we provide the following resources to help make business easier for you:

  • Augusta Sportswear Catalogs and Supplement Books

    Under the “Marketing Tools” section of our website, you’ll find a link to our “Catalog Downloads” page.  We publish a copy of our most recent catalog, as well as copies of our most recent supplement books, like our Corporate Wear, Greek Life, and Event Wear books, which showcase some of our styles in a different way, so your customers can see different uses for our styles.  We also offer our Style Color Guide, showing some of our top products in some of our most sought-after colors.  There are several other supplements available there, too.

  • Pre-Built Flyers

    Our Creative Services Team is constantly building flyers for your use.  We offer flyers that showcase various collections we offer, new products, and great style suggestions for seasonal sports.  The link to our flyers is also available under our “Marketing Tools” section.

  • Fabric Guide

    Also in the “Marketing Tools” section, you’ll find our Fabric Guide.  We offer a host of different fabrics, and we understand that knowing the different features and benefits of all them can be difficult.  So, we created a Fabric Guide that shows a picture of each fabric type, the fabric name, and it provides a quick highlight of the fabric’s features.

    Our website is mobile-device friendly, no matter the screen size.  You can order online 24/7, and you can access your order history when logged in.  You can use our “Advanced Search” option to search by, color, size, gender, and more, and we offer “Coordinating,” “Comparable,” and “Frequently Ordered With” style associations on each product page.  Our inventory is also updated once every hour, so when you’re logged in, you can get a detailed snapshot of our current inventory on each product page.
